Cuisine Classes using Whole Foods

A plant based diet is a healthy choice for most of us, but like any other way of eating, it can get boring if we use the same recipes over and over again.  Come to one of our classes to learn new ways with organic, whole foods and raw foods.

The classes are run by Linda Wells who has been a conventional eater, vegetarian, a 100% raw fooder, and is now enjoying a balance between whole foods and raw foods.  Linda will show you how to make gourmet and every day meals out of plant based ingredients.  The classes are small and you have the opportunity to help out if you feel like it, plus have a recipe book to make notes on as we go along.  A lovely bonus is you get the spend the afternoon with other people who want to achieve the ultimate health from food.

After attending our classes you should be confident enough to:

  • Create a breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and treat menu in your own home
  • Make quick and easy, nutritional raw food and whole food meals from scratch with real ingredients
  • Understand some of the speciality foods used in Raw Food Preparation and their uses
  • Understand how to use ingredients previously unfamiliar to you
  • Use a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques to get the best out of Raw and Whole Foods
