Pantry Essentials

If you are new to Whole Foods, you will be googling and researching amazing recipes to make, only to find you have no idea what certain ingredients are, or where to get them.  Here is a list of stock-standard items you should familiarise yourself with.  To get the best out of this new way of living, it would be handy to slowly stock your pantry with these items:

  • Raw Organic Cashew Nuts
  • Raw Organic Almonds
  • Raw Organic Brazil Nuts
  • Raw Pinenuts
  • Raw Organic Macadamia Nuts
  • Raw Organic Pecan Nuts
  • Nutritional Yeast, sometimes called Savoury Yeast
  • Himilayan Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
