Eat Right at Work Program
With now more than half the adult population of Australia either overweight or obese we need to do something about what we eat … and fast! If you have a waist measurement of more than 94 cm for men and 80 cm for women, you are at risk of chronic disease. The larger the waist measurement, the higher the risk of chronic disease.

Our EAT RIGHT AT WORK program is designed to be conducted in one day, in a workshop setting and takes participants through the following:
- how this situation happened
- what the results are, i.e lethagy, no energy, no exercise, apathy, obesity, T2 diabetes, heart disease, depression etc
- what we can do about it
- understanding processed foods
- understanding ingredients lists on packaged food
- understanding nutritional information panels on packaged food
- how to increase leafy greens, fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, oils into your daily eating regime
- the proof is in the (raw) pudding – hands-on experience
Participants that engage fully in the workshop day, take away tangabile ways to improve their health and vitality. The benefits of these classes are recorded as
