These events discuss modern health issues such as Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease and other ailments of a western diet and lifestyle. Did you know that more than half the adult population in Australia is either overweight or obese? What’s worse is we are passing this on to our children, with more than a quarter of Australian children overweight or obese.
The principles of a Raw Food diet are explained as a way to combat the slide into poor health, lack of vitality, lack of energy and as a measure to assist in successful weight management.
Who Should Attend an Eat Right at Home Program
If you been a weight watcher all your life and are now trying the latest fad – meal replacement shakes – then perhaps it is time to stop and go back to what your body really needs – a plant based diet, predominated by leafy greens, fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts and a small amount of oils. A lot of people tell us they want to, but don’t know how. Learn about the benefits of a Raw Food lifestyle and how you can easily incorporate some leafy greens, fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts and a small amount of oils into your daily diet, and the food you feed your family.
