It’s Up To You Mission
To motivate, educate and stimulate as many people as we can possibly come into contact with to develop healthy way of life. We aim to move people away from the SAD (Standard Australian Diet) way of eating and closer to a whole food lifestyle, embracing a huge variety of fresh fruit and vegetables and incorporating physical activity regularly.
Through our workshops and lectures we want to change lives, enhance health, prevent illness and create wellbeing.
We want to assist in the creation of healthy families. We want to break the obesity cycle. We want to see happy and healthy children in school yards and happy and healthy adults in workplaces. We want to see leafy greens, fruit, vegetables ADORED by the population, we want to see conferences with fruit bowls rather than mints or chocolates on the tables (or borroca’s!). We want to see corporate morning teas with fruit as options as well as sausage rolls and cream cakes, we want people to snack on trail mix rather than sugar laden muesli bars. We want people to make real shakes from real food and have that at the 3pm sugar dip rather than some latest fad shake. We want people to try new things, eat amazing tropical fruit, try a new fruit or vegetable for the first time, we want to shift people off the couch and out into the sunshine.
We want to create change. We want a healthy Australia and New Zealand and aim to do our bit to achieve this, one company at a time, one conference at a time, but we will have an impact.
